Autism Tennessee is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). Our mission is to provide support to individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Our focus is to assist autistic individuals in attaining independence through support, advocacy, and education.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of philanthropic giving at ARO.

Plan and implement a diversified fundraising plan.

Develop and implement plans to meet fundraising goals.

Manage a portfolio of existing donors ensuring the relationship remains strong with the organization.

Accurately record information about, and communication with all prospective donors including research material, engagement plans and meeting reports.

Managing a pipeline of prospective donors.

Provide support to prospective donors.

Respond to emails in a timely manner.

Perform other appropriate tasks or duties as requested.

What we are looking for:

Someone who is available to volunteer 10+ hours/week.

At least 5+ years in fundraising, or a related field.

A self-starter with excellent time management skills.

A team player with demonstrated experience working well with others.

Competent experience in social media platforms and research.

Ability to anticipate and critically think through problems.
